I'm writing to thank you. I have a medical alert service dog. I take him EVERYWHERE with me. This means musical theater, movies, and at times concerts. All of these are loud and make the poor little guy uncomfortable - which usually means I end up leaving before the event is over because he cannot tolerate the noise level. And then I saw the mutt muffs on your site and we decided to give them a go - we couldn't be happier! Thank you so much. Now Indy no longer acts painfully uncomfortable at loud events. Instead, he acts like his normal, happy self. That makes me very happy. Thank you. Thank you number two comes because you carry the peltor jr muffs. I live in an assisted living due to the nature of my disability. It gets noisy and I hate dealing with ear plugs - as soon I get them in, I have to take them back out because someone is knocking on the door for one reason or another... My only issue with the ear muffs was, being a petite female, I have small head and ears. So I was very happy to find smaller sized ear muffs that actually fit me properly. Thank you. Amy (and Indy)

Jeff and His Challenger Earphones: A Letter From One of Our Customers

Here at Ear Plug Super Store, we always love hearing from our customers.

While we’re always collecting feedback, from time to time we get a really outstanding customer letter. We received one such letter just the other day from a customer named Jeff. He bought a set of Challenger Model “M” Full-Custom Earphones and needed a little help with the custom-molding process.

Jeff writes:

My name is Jeff and I just ordered and received my Challenger series "M" and just wanted to let you know that it was a great experience. I have been looking at doing this for over a year now and finally did it, and I am extremely happy with them. I ride a Harley, and now have a set of your ear pieces so I can listen to my music on a run! Funny how many people have asked about them. Not your typical person, they say, to have “hearing aids” in, especially in black, until I explain what they are and why I got them. Funny, now some other guys are thinking of doing this! Best part of the whole thing was the customer service by far! I was just blown away at the professionalism by the two I worked with, Tammy and Karri. I was surprised at how they were quick to respond to my emails. They worked with me on the Challengers because my first impressions were not good, but they made sure I knew that they needed new ones quickly. I got the Challengers in the mail, tried them out and they are awesome!! So if anyone is looking for something for listening to music or whatever while riding, and not the constant wind in the ear noise, this is the way to go! Forget the cheap plugs or earbuds etc. and spend the money on these!! Also, when you are on that long plane flight with a lot of noise, they will work for this also!!!! Many Thanks to everyone who helped me, especially Tammy and Karri!!!! Jeff, Very satisfied customer!!!!!!!!!!
